Assault At Melville Gas Station

A man entered USA Petroleum, located at 532 Broadhollow Road, at approximately 9:45 p.m. on January 29, assaulted an employee and stole cash. The man fled the scene in a waiting 2001 to 2007 silver or gray Mercedes-Benz C-Class with a sunroof, driven by an unknown person.  The robber was described as white, approximately 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black jacket, a black hat, jeans and white sneakers.
