Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty Agent Paul Mateyunas Named Among 20 under 40 Rising Stars LIBOR.
Paul Mateyunas, a licensed real estate agent with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the nation’s leading realtors, was recently recognized by the Long Island Board of Realtors Young Professionals Network (YPN) for his outstanding accomplishments as one of “20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate.” YPN helps young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become successful in their career. Honorees were selected for excellence in sales, leadership, community involvement and for having demonstrated ingenuity, creativity, and leadership in their careers.
“Paul has carved himself a particular niche market helping his clients buy and sell Long Island’s Gold Coast estates and has an expertise in North Shore real estate in general,” said Bonnie Devendorf, sales manager for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Locust Valley office. “He is highly knowledgeable of art, design and architecture and restoration and is a great resource to his clients and colleagues. We are proud to have him in our Locust Valley office.”
A native to Long Island’s North Shore who works out of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Locust Valley office, Mateyunas has been schooled in the arts in the United States and Italy and holds degrees in art history and business. He is the author of North Shore Long Island Country Houses 1890-1950 and Long Island’s Gold Coast, has been curator of several exhibitions and often lectures on the subject. He resides in Huntington.
A member of Daniel Gale’s Gold Circle of Excellence, Paul has successfully listed and sold some of the North Shore’s best examples of country house architecture, including the work of architects like Delano & Aldrich, Hunt & Hunt, William L. Bottomley, and Horace Trumbauer.
