Leaders from the Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center reached out recently to the GHCG about meeting with our members to discuss their proposed expansion. They will further detail their plans and answer any questions you may have.

Topic: Recent news concerning the legality of a rental property he owns
Councilmember Gene Cook will discuss the summonses brought forth by the Town of Huntington regarding a property he owns with two partners at 792 Larkfield Road in East Northport. His comments about the issue will be followed by
An Update by Andy Scanlon, a GHCG member who met with Tracey Edwards about her recently adopted single-family home rental legislation.
And an Update by Nancy Gamby, a GHCG member who has been closely tracking the developments of the 9,100-unit Heartland housing project just over our borders in Islip Town.
