The Plaza Theatrical Productions will perform the tale of an unlikely hero unfold as Shrek finds himself on a life changing journey with a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue.

Huntington Community Band

Tonight’s very special performance will feature American music and our special guest performing group, the Huntington Community Chorus, under the direction of Judith Leopold, for an unforgettable evening of wonderful music.

Northport Community Band
The Northport Community Band will perform at Northport Harbor. Tonight’s theme will be “Patriotic Picnic” with guest conductors John Leddy and Joe Vassallo. The Pre-concert will be Northport Community Jazz Orchestra.

Kahulanui

The Hawaiian Swing Band will travel back in time to Lolena Naipo Jr.’s recreation of the roots of Hawaiian music. The “core four” play classic Hawaiian songs in a syncopated style to create up-beat and vibrant Hawaiian Swing.

Ravi Coltrane

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of John Coltrane’s recording of ‘A Love Supreme’ featuring Ravi Coltrane Quartet. A preconcert conversation with Ravi takes place on the stage prior to his performance.

“Coltrane Day” – 11 AM- 5 PM – Heckscher Park

In collaboration with the Huntington Arts Council and the Town of Huntington, the Coltrane Home will stage an all day, family friendly, free admission festival, featuring workshops, community jams and live performances.
