Commack High School once again earned the New York State NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete Team School of Distinction Award for the 2014-15 school year.

In order to qualify for this honor, every varsity athletic team must have 90% GPA. Commack is one of only six high schools in Suffolk County to receive this award for this past school year.

“I am extremely proud of the hard work of our scholar-athletes on and off the field,” said Athletic Director Pat Friel. “And to earn this distinction for seven out of the last eight years is a tribute to their dedication.”
