Schiff, Peter Pitzele, Ennid Berger, Christiane Matsumoto, Deborah Katz, Carol Marburger, Dianne Parker, Susan Canin, Susan Bird, Barbara Miller, Susan Pitzele, Vincent Joseph, Francis Praver, Susan Ives, Judi Marcus, Frank Powers, and Bill Hawkins. A recent piece by Brodsky will also be featured.

Stanley Brodsky, a Long Island painter and educator, has been an exhibiting artist in New York city for more than 50 years – and his passion for painting is as strong now as ever.
Brodsky was recently the 2015 ARTHAMPTONS Honoree, and the 2013 Hecksher Museum “Celebrate Achievement” Honoree. He was also honored in 2009 by the Long Island Art League.
Professor Emeritus of Art at Long Island University, Brodsky also held the position as Professor of Art, Director of Studio Programs at Long Island University/CW Post, and served as Visiting Artist and lecturer at numerous colleges and Universities, including: Queens College School of Education, Sarasota School of Art, Montclair College and others. Brodsky shows with June Kelly Gallery in NYC. His work is held in many important collections including Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, The Heckscher Museum, The Parrish Museum, The Pensacola Museum of Art, The Long Island Museum, and many universities throughout the US.

Brodsky states, “I’m a life long resident of the New York metro area. Childhood in Brooklyn; Greenwich Village and NYC after being a soldier in WWII. I was fortunate to be able to study in Missouri and Iowa before returning back to the NY area for my doctorate.
I have been an exhibiting artist in New York city for more than 50 years – and my passion for painting is as strong now as ever. I have traveled extensively absorbing the colors and textures of new landscapes.”

A Closing Reception and Artist Talk will be held on Thursday evening, December 3, 2015.
