Huntington’s Jessie O’Hagan tabbed to Skyline Conference Women’s Swimming Weekly Honor Roll

SUNY Old Westbury women’s swimming junior Jessie O’Hagan has been named to the Skyline Conference Weekly Honor Roll for meets competed in November 2-8, announced Monday by league officials.  The Huntington Station, New York native placed second or better in all six races last week.

In a season-opening meet versus St. Joseph’s (L.I.) and New Rochelle on November 3, O’Hagan collected a trio of first-place finishes in the 100-yard backstroke (1:08.46, personal-best time), 50-yard freestyle (28.68) and 200-yard medley relay (2:21.20) events.

Against Purchase (Nov. 5), O’Hagan swam to a pair of second-place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle (28.13) and 100-yard backstroke (1:10.54) races before helping the 200-yard freestyle relay squad to first-place points in 2:08.52.  Good job Jessie, keep up the good work Huntingtonian’s are proud of your accomplishments.  Photo’s by Harris Rappel / SUNY Old Westbury Sports Information.
