Bonsai is the convergence of art and nature and has been practiced for over 2000 years in Asia. Master Gardener and Bonsai Horticulturist Giacomo Mulé creates a bonsai from a standard nursery plant, using traditional techniques of pruning, wiring, shaping and transplanting. While he works, he discusses the philosophy, history, aesthetics and care of this ancient art form.
