Happy 85th Birthday to Commack FD Ex-Chief Fred Meuser

The Commack Fire Department helped Ex-Chief Fred Meuser celebrate a memorable 85th birthday.  About 25 Commack volunteer firefighters visited him at the Huntington Hills Center for Rehabilitation in Melville on December 15 for his 85th birthday. This was an unexpected surprise for Meuser, seated center, as firefighters arrived and had an enjoyable dinner and cake with his family. Meuser served as Chief of the Commack Fire Department from 1981-1983, and has over 30 years of dedicated service. Happy Birthday Chief Meuser, and many more to come!
