Throw Back Thursday – Cuthbertson Claims Town Board Never Voted to Launch a Federal Investigation, Residents Dumbfounded

The resolution below was sent to The Huntingtonian by Councilman Cook’s office when we requested it.  It was voted on November 6, 2014 and passed 5 -0.  In the video below (from the town board meeting on 2/10/15), Councilman Cuthbertson said, “the resolution that we sent to the United States Attorney’s Office was to ask them a very specific question about the conduct of the Ethics Board.”  He continued, “It was to let the US Attorney look into how the Ethics Board went about their ruling”.  He emphatically stated that it had nothing to do with the allegations against himself or his alleged misconduct.”
