Firefighters rapidly extinguished the fire and used foam to cover the spilled gasoline. The Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps transported the patient to Huntington Hospital. Commack Fire Chief Andy Babajko was in command with the support of Assistant Chiefs Rich Myers, Paul Carnevale and Bobby Wilkins.
