Important Greater Huntington Civic Group Meeting Thursday

Greater Huntington Civic Group – Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 7 p.m.

 

The Transit-Oriented Development (T.O.D.) is Back!

 

     Renaissance Downtowns went before the Town of Huntington Zoning Board of Appeals last Thursday night to request variances for its proposed Gateway Plaza, a three-story development that would be situated on the east side of New York Avenue at Olive Street in Huntington Station. The development calls for 66 apartments in total on an approximately 1-1/2 acre lot. THIS WOULD EXCEED THE DENSITY OF AVALON BAY.
