Suffolk County Police arrested two people following the execution of narcotics search warrants at a residence in Huntington Station Thursday, April 21, 2016 in the morning.
Members of the Second Squad Detectives Special Operations Team, working with officers from the Second Precinct Gang Unit, executed a search warrant at 2036 New York Ave. in Huntington Station and arrested two residents, Kevin O’Neil, 27, and Diana Thode, 23. Oxycodone pills, cell phones and $871 were seized.
O’Neil was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. Thode was charged with a bench warrant.
O’Neil will be held overnight at the Second Precinct. Both are scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on April 22, 2016. Thode was released on bail and will be scheduled for arraignment at a later date.
On February 19, 2016, Commissioner Sini offered the following advice to criminals, “If you are going to deal drugs and commit acts of violence in our communities, the Suffolk County Police Department is coming for you.” To read the full article on the announcement click here.
