Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate two women who stole handbags from a Melville store earlier this month.

Two women stole three Michael Kors handbags and one Kate Spade handbag from Macy’s Backstage, located at 834 Walt Whitman Road, on April 11 at approximately 7:30 p.m. The bags have a combined value of approximately $800.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
