East Northport Man Seriously Injured in Motor Vehicle Crash

Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are investigating a motor vehicle crash that injured a crime stoppers, SCPD, Huntington NY, 11746, 11743man in East Northport last night.

 

Michael Preston was operating a 2010 Honda Element when he struck a guardrail while travelling westbound on Bellerose Ave., in East Northport, at approximately 10:05 p.m, April 29, 2016.

 

Preston, 55, of East Northport, suffered a serious leg injury and was transported via Suffolk County Police helicopter to Stony Brook University Hospital in serious condition.

 

The vehicle was impounded for a safety check. The investigation is continuing.
