Four Injured in Dix Hills Crash

The Dix Hills Fire Department responded to motor vehicle accident on Friday evening, August 19, 2016 at about 8:15 p.m. on Wolf Hill Road and Carman Road. Dix Hills Rescue Squad EMT’s assisted four injured occupants who were transported to Huntington Hospital. Firefighters secured both vehicles, a minivan and an SUV, and applied an absorbent for a fuel spill.

Two ambulances, an engine, paramedic and first responder units were dispatched with 20 fire/rescue personnel, under the command of Assistant Chiefs Tom Napolitano and Alan Berkowitz.
