Huntington Station Man Arrested for Slashing Man

 

Suffolk County Police arrested a Huntington Station man for slashing another man on a Huntington Station street September 20, 2016.

Second Precinct officers were called to 107 Fairgrounds Ave. after a 911 caller reported a male had been slashed at approximately 11:45 am. The man, Juan Rosa Corrado, 38, was transported to Huntington Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Following an investigation, Second Squad detectives arrested Camilo Rivera, 40, of 47 East 8th St., and charged him with Assault 1st Degree.

Rivera will be held overnight at the Second Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Wednesday September 21, 2016.
