Another Body Found on Pilgrim Psychiatric Center

Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a teenager whose remains were discovered in Brentwood.

The body of Jose Pena-Hernandez, 18, of 48 Heyward St., Brentwood, NY was discovered on October 17, 2016 in a wooded area at Pilgrim Psychiatric Center, located at 998 Crooked Hill Road. Pena-Hernandez, a known MS-13 gang member, was reported missing on June 13, 2016.

An autopsy will be conducted by the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
