COMMACK COALITION OF CARING 6TH ANNUAL RED RIBBON WEEK 5K RUN/WALK TO PREVENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE

Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. – Commack High School

The Commack Coalition of Caring, a charitable 501 c (3), will host its 6th Annual Red Ribbon Week 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., with a free ½ mile Kids Fun Run at 8:30 a.m. Both events will begin and end at Commack High School.

Red Ribbon Week brings people together to raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, and encourages prevention, early intervention, and treatment services.  It is the largest, most visible prevention awareness campaign observed nationally in the United States.
