Embarrassed Ex-Chief Burke Gets 46 Months

years of  supervised release for the beating of a prisoner, who stole his bag from his police car. The bag had many personal items of Burke like pornography.

The judge appeared to be very upset with our top cops behavior and sentenced him to the 46 out of the 51 months the DOJ wanted.

Judge Wexler’s had previously commented.
“I find the corruption of an entire department by this defendant shocking,” Wexler said in denying any bond in December. “A man who has taken every oath . . . who made pledges and has a responsibility, has violated every one of them.”

This reporter does not think this judge will be done with Mr Burke and many other Suffolk County Police and Officials. Who’s NEXT?

Suffolk tax payers can only wait for the next hammer to fall.
