Two Women Arrested During Massage Parlor Raid

Suffolk County Police have arrested two women during a massage parlor raid conducted in Huntington Station Wednesday, December 21, 2016.

In response to numerous community complaints, Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers, Suffolk County Police Criminal Intelligence Section detectives, U.S. Homeland Security and Town of Huntington Code Enforcement officers conducted an investigation into illegal activities at May Angel Spa, located at 159 Broadway, at approximately 5 p.m.

The investigation revealed that two females were conducting illegal massages at this location. The following women were arrested and charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, a Class E Felony, under the New York State Education Law:

  • Yan Feng Weng, 38, of Flushing
  • Li Mei Ning, 41, of Flushing

 

An investigation by the Town of Huntington Code Enforcement officers revealed numerous occupancy and town code violations. The investigation is continuing.

Weng and Ning are scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.

 

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
