Wanted for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who used fake money to purchase an item from a Huntington store in December.

A man used a fake $100 bill to purchase a dog collar from Fetch, located at 44c Gerard Street, Huntington and received $80 change, on December 9, 2016 at approximately 4:05 p.m.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
