Super Bowl Stash of Drugs And Illegal Weapon Seized During Overnight Search Warrant Execution

Suffolk County Police Commissioner Timothy D. Sini announced the results of a search warrant executed overnight February 1, 2017,  that resulted in the seizure of a significant amount of drugs and an illegal shotgun at a press conference at Suffolk County Police Headquarters in Yaphank, New York.

More than 100 pounds of marijuana, an illegal gun, scales and packaging materials were seized during the execution of a search warrant at a home located on Larkfield Road East Northport. Police arrested Steven Chesebrough, 33 of East Northport as Commissioner Sini described him as wholesale marijuana dealer. The police seized the following:

• 106 pounds of marijuana
• Along with packages of the extract THC
• Scales
• A money counter
• And a pistol-grip shotgun and shells (Pistol Grip Shotgun is illegal because of the NY Safe Act)
