Applications Being Accepted for Lottery for One Affordable Townhouse Unit in Centerport

The Town of Huntington, the Town of Huntington Community Development Agency and the Clear Creek Homes LLC announce that from May 1 to May 31, 2017 the CDA will be accepting applications for the lottery for one affordable townhouse unit within the newly-constructed Hilltop Homes development on Centershore Road in Centerport.

The sales price for the two-bedroom, one and one-half bath unit is $212,375. The maximum income to be eligible for the unit is $59,450 for an individual; $67,950 for two persons; and $84,950 for a family of four.

Only one Lottery Entry form per family is allowed. The deadline for submitting the necessary paperwork is May 31, 2017. The lottery is scheduled for 5 p.m. June 13, 2017 at Town Hall.
