Halesite Fire Department Holds 116th Annual Installation of Officers 6/10/17

The Chiefs and Officers of the Halesite Fire Department were sworn in  on Saturday June 10th, 2017.

Chief Greg Colonna, and his 1st and 2nd Assistant Chief’s James Magerle and Dominic Spada were sworn in, followed by their line and rescue officers. Rookie of the Year was awarded to Liam Dreusike and Nina Fleisig. Rescue Member of the Year was award to Rescue Squad Captain Brad Gaito. Firefighter of the year honors went to Ex-Chief Peter E. Magerle.

Following the ceremony at the Harbor Club at Prime, the members and their guests enjoyed a luncheon with picturesque views of Huntington Harbor.
