Two People Arrested During SLA Inspections

Suffolk County Police have arrested two people during New York State Liquor Authority Inspections in Huntington Station 3/5/21.

In response to numerous community complaints, Second Precinct Crime Section officers, in conjunction with the Second Precinct Gang Team and Second Precinct patrol officers conducted inspections at The Three Stars Restaurant, located at 118 W. Hills Road, and The Carousel Night Club, located at 522 E Jericho Turnpike.

The Three Stars Restaurant was issued two ABC law violations for alcoholic beverages in unlicensed area and no employee hand washing signs in bathroom. A patron at the establishment, Junior Alejandro Saezpayero, 27, of Deer Park, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration, Disorderly Conduct, Harassment 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest.                                                             

The Carousel Night Club was issued two ABC law violations for Disorderly Premises and no employee hand washing signs in bathroom. Vincent Zaccaria, 23, of West Islip, was arrested while driving his vehicle in the parking lot and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Marijuana 4th Degree and Resisting Arrest.

Referral forms were completed for both locations and sent to the State Liquor Authority for further investigation.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
