Another Undefeated Season For John Glenn’s Dedicated Girls Volleyball Team

For the second consecutive year, Elwood-John H. Glenn High School’s girls varsity volleyball team finished the league season undefeated. The team will next compete in the county finals on Nov. 5, where they hope to repeat as champions.

“These girls have been working hard,” coach Nick Tremaroli said. “I have pretty much the same group of girls that were from last year. I graduated two seniors that were stars last year, so the majority of the team is the same. Just like every team, we had our ups and downs, but we were able to push through them and keep our head in the game together. A lot of these girls live and breathe volleyball, they play all year round on club teams. This is a very dedicated team and it shows through their play, and it shows through their motivation to get better and be the best and keep the legacy going.”
