Friend,

Today, I want to reaffirm my unwavering support for Israel and call on all of us to continue to confront antisemitism.

In Congress, I have consistently backed legislation aimed at bolstering the alliance between the United States and Israel for two primary reasons: 

• Firstly, both our nations are founded on the principles of religious freedom, a cornerstone of our shared values. 
• Secondly, we face common adversaries—those who seek to “wipe Israel off the map” are the very same individuals who chant “Death to America.”

I’ve joined the overwhelming majority of my Republican colleagues in standing against the disgusting rise in antisemitism on college campuses, including in our backyard at institutions like Columbia University.  America’s schools should be places of open dialogue and intellectual freedom, not platforms for antisemitism and violence toward Jewish students.

I have made it clear that I will fight back against discrimination and intolerance, whether it’s directed at our Jewish community or any other group. Together, we must continue to stand up for our shared values of freedom, democracy, and respect for human rights.

Rest assured, I understand why Israel is America’s strongest ally and will continue to support Israel’s sovereignty and against anti-semitism.
