SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY – Congressman Nick LaLota (R-Suffolk County) released the following statement after receiving the endorsement of the United Association of Plumbers, Fitters, Welders & Service Technicians Local Union #200.
“I am truly honored to receive the endorsement of Plumbers Local 200, whose members personify the hard-working union men and women who are the backbone of Long Island’s economy. These skilled professionals play a vital role in our communities, and their dedication to their craft is commendable,” said LaLota. “In Washington, I am committed to supporting organized labor and championing legislation that secures investments in critical infrastructure projects, which in turn creates a robust pipeline for good-paying jobs. I will continue to advocate for our plumbers and all workers, ensuring we deliver real results for Suffolk County and strengthen our local economy.”
