The Chapin Family Concert, which was to kick off the 50th Anniversary of the Summer Arts Festival, has been rescheduled for Monday, June 29, at Heckscher Park. The concert will begin at 8:30, and it will be preceded by a ceremony unveiling the sign officially identifying the venue as the Harry Chapin Rainbow Stage.
Because of the concert, the first installment of the Town’s Movies on the Lawn series, the film “Paddington,” has been moved to Peter Nelson Park on Oakwood Road, also at 8:30 p.m.
Both events are FREE.
