East Northport Fire Department Open House on Friday, October 9

The East Northport Fire Department will be holding their annual Open House on Friday, October 9, from 7pm-8:30pm at fire headquarters located at One Ninth Avenue at Larkfield Road in East Northport. Members of the department will be educating the public on many topics including Fire Prevention and Safety, Emergency Medical Service operations, Jaws of Life Demonstration, Hands on Smoke House Drill, Live Dryer and Stove Fires, Fire Police Demonstration and much more! Bring the whole family for a night filled with valuable safety information and lessons to keep you and your loved ones safe from fire. There will be many giveaways as well as photo opportunities.  Recruitment information will be available for those interested in becoming firefighters and rescue volunteers. Come and meet Sparky the Fire Dog and and enjoy some refreshments!
