Chad Lupinacci New York State Assemblyman from South Huntington was glad that Governor Cuomo signed Assembly bill 7060 into law.
Lupinacci Stated “Several New Yorkers who are currently fighting life threatening illnesses visited the state Capitol
this year, and I had the opportunity to meet with them and listen to their stories. They gave me a better understanding of their struggles with constant agony and their need for medical marijuana to ease their suffering. It’s a very proud moment for me as a legislator to know that I supported legislation that will potentially help save people’s lives. I’m pleased that Gov. Cuomo signed Assembly Bill 7060 into law to provide quicker access to thousands of critically ill patients in New York State who depend on medical marijuana to relieve pain.”
