Gershow Recycling Donates the Use of 30 Vehicles to Ninth Annual Chuck Varese Vehicle Extrication Tournament

Tomorrow Saturday May 14th, 2016  starting at 9 am the 9th Annual Chuck Varese Vehicle Extrication Tournament will take Place. It will take place at the Northport Fire Department Training Grounds Steer’s Pit, Corner of Steers Avenue and Clipper Drive Northport, NY.

In support of local fire departments and through the coordination of Robert J. Varese, Ex-Chief, Northport Fire Department, Gershow Recycling is donating the use of 30 vehicles to be used in the 9^th Annual Chuck Varese Vehicle Extrication Tournament. More than 20 teams from 13 fire departments will take part in the tournament. Local elected officials will be on hand to observe the competition and join representatives from Gershow and firefighters.
