The video includes information from Herbert H. Friedman, Executive Vice President/CEO of Gurwin, the project’s not-for-profit sponsor.  In addition, you’ll hear from the project’s developer, architect, sales and marketing partner and board of directors.

“We’re eager to share our vision for the future of senior living on Long Island,” said Friedman, who noted that Gurwin has been a leader in caring for seniors for more than 25 years. “Creating Fountaingate Gardens – an active, independent living community – is the fulfillment of a dream to provide seniors with a wonderful new retirement option, and this video allows us to clearly define and communicate our vision. With a focus on the International Council on Active Aging’s seven dimensions of wellness – intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, vocational, emotional and environmental – we have been attracting active seniors who are delighted to have this new option on Long Island. In fact, we already have more than 100 future residents who have placed priority deposits.”

The new video provides glimpses of why so many Long Island seniors are contemplating the move to a Life Plan Community like Fountaingate Gardens. Photographs of models and renderings show representative examples of the spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans in The Parkview and The Terraces apartment residences, some with dens and balconies, along with the beautifully landscaped grounds and fountains. Viewers will also have a sneak peek inside a representation of the extraordinary clubhouse, complete with on-site restaurants, a bistro, a theater, indoor heated saltwater pool, classrooms and craft rooms.

The video can be found on Fountaingate Gardens’ website http://fountaingateli.org/, YouTube channel and Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/FountaingateGardensLI/, and is also available for viewing at the new Fountaingate Gardens’ Information Center located at 50 Hauppauge Road, Commack, NY 11725.
