New Charges and Bail Increased on Ryan Gureicki in The Death of Karen Holden

Currently Ryan Gurecki has 3 criminal court cases, going on right now.

1-Case #2015SU009745 Judge Wilutis- (VTL 600.2A.2A) Charged with Leave Injury Accident from Feb 19, 2015.

2-Case # 2015SU023972  Judge Wilutis -(PL 215.50.03)Charged with Criminal Contempt-2nd” Disobey Court June 6, 2016. This charge we believe is a result of the 1st case and Gurecki not showing up. Next court date for this and case 1 is September 6, 2016.

3-Case#01370-2016  Judge Camacho, New 14 Count Indictment see list below June 26, 2016 DWI accident. The accident where Karen Holden 56 of Huntington Station was killed by Gurecki as a passenger in the family car. Stopped at a red light on Route 110 and Jericho Turnpike, her husband William and son Robbie Holden were admitted to Huntington Hospital with serious injuries that night and are now at home recuperating.

State Supreme Court Justice Fernando Camacho set Gurecki’s new bail to $350,000 cash from $250,000 and to $750,000 bond from $500,000, because of the new charges. Gurecki was currently out on bail, but bailiffs took him back into custody. Police have told us that Gurecki has a conviction for a 2006 DWI.

Before Ryan Gurecki tragically killed and hurt a family, he almost killed my wife and I. Yes that is our bedroom and yes he hit our bed while sleeping. Scariest night of our lives. RIP and peace of mind to all affected by his drinking. NOTE this was from 2002 not 2006.
