BGRDNorthridge, LLC (BGRD) is anticipating construction on their brand new commercial/residential building in late winter/early Spring of 2017. BGRDNorthridge,LLC is seeking qualified contractors in 16 trades to receive plans and submit proposals and/or bids until January 27th 2017.

BGRD and its contractors have a good faith requirement under the Community Benefits Agreement to hire 25% locally.
