There will be a change to the existing contract for the rehabilitation of the LIRR South Parking Garage. Structural Preservation Systems, LLC was awarded the Rehabilitation contract in 2012. Additional work was deemed necessary.  The Director of Engineering Services recommended that the contract be increased from $962,000.00 to $1,030,391.99.
