The Market is open every Sunday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, through April 28, 2013, and will feature weekly local and organic produce from Long Island Farms using season extension and hydroponic growing techniques.

Cooking demonstrations, talks by local authors, and presentations will be a feature of this market.

This week Jan 13:  This week’s guest at the Market, Derrick Prince , a local chef, was a contestant on Fox’s MasterChef Season Two and rubbed elbows with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich and Graham Elliot.
