The Town of Huntington 2012 Preliminary Budget became the Adopted Budget by default at midnight last night. We will have more information on this story and it’s possible ramifications soon.
Its hard to believe that the Town Board did not get together and sort this out. It is probably the most important thing they do all year.

Easy and delicious.  This recipe will be become a family favorite  and a tradition for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp cinamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 deepdish pie crust
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
