Local volunteer firefighters representing the fire service, successfully completed the Cow Harbor Race in Northport on Saturday, September 16, 2017. The five firefighters ran the entire 6.21 mile race wearing about 50 pounds of structural firefighting gear and self-contained breathing apparatus.
