William Bailey was driving a 1994 GMC Jimmy westbound on W. 21st Street when he stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of West Hills Road at 12:50 p.m. Bailey attempted to proceed westbound on W. 21st Street when his GMC collided with a Yamaha motorcycle that was traveling southbound on West Hills Road.
