Shooting at Napper Tandy’s in Northport

SCPD responded on January 5, 2014 at 10:36 p.m. to a report of a shooting at Napper Tandy’s, located at 229 Laurel Ave., Northport. One victim was taken to Huntington Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 2nd Squad detectives are investigating. No arrests have been made yet. Check back later for updates.

A cesspool truck servicing a home in Dix Hills set off a chain of events that set two homes on fire, damaged several others, and shut the power grid on Saturday, January 4.
